Arizona Ironwood Warranty & Return Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your ADI product, for any reason, with the exception of custom orders, simply return it for a cash refund or credit towards another purchase within 7 days from the time you receive your package. It is important to contact us prior to returning your items. All sales are final after 7 days. Some items are subject to 20% restocking fee. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once wood is milled.
