Arizona Ironwood Guarantee & Return Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your product, for any reason, with the exception of wholesale or custom orders, simply return it for a cash refund or credit towards another purchase within 7 days from the time you receive your package. Shipping is not refundable if product is as shown on our website. If the product is not as shown on our website we will also refund shipping. It is important to contact us prior to returning your items. All sales are final after 7 days. Retail returns after 7 days of your receipt are subject to a 25% restocking and credit fee for Store Credit only. Wholesale and custom size orders cannot be cancelled once wood is milled.
